How it works

The image is analyzed entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server. Every pixel is grouped with visually similar ones, and every group that makes up a meaningful share of the image is shown as a swatch, so the palette naturally has as many or as few colors as the image actually contains: a simple logo might show 3, a busy photo might show 15+. Click any swatch to copy its HEX code.
